Life can be hectic, and if you're like us, your dogs are part of your family. So when you can't be with them because of work, holidays or other obligations, you want them to have the same TLC that you give them. That's exactly what we offer at 4Paws Outdoors.

4Paws Outdoors was set up by Laura Markey who had herself struggled to find suitable care for her toy dogs. If you have a smaller dog you already know that they require special care - but who will provide this when you can't be with them?

At the heart of 4Paws is the idea that it should be a pleasure for both you and your dog to use our services. We aim to remove the stress of caring for your toy dog, of having to impose on friends and family, or of rushing home from work or evenings out. In short we want to remove your dog owning guilt!

Our ethos...

4Paws Outdoors offers a small and select service, much like our small and select clientele.

When your pup visits us it becomes part of the 4Paws family. Your dog will spend his day gallivanting on Hampstead Heath and relaxing in a home with all that a home offers, comfy sofas, lots of toys and a garden to laze in.

At 4Paws Outdoors numbers are limited and our clients are carefully vetted. This helps to ensure a happy and harmonious environment for your pup.

A unique feature of 4Paws Outdoors is that we cater ONLY for toy and small breed dogs. This means you can rest assured that your little one will be surrounded by like sized dogs. Not only does this minimise the chance of injury but it means nervous, old or very young pups will find the 4Paws experience safe and non threatening.
