About the puppy pampering service...

>Appointments are available 7 days a week including evenings.

>Your appointment time is when we will start grooming your dog. As we only do one dog at a time your dog will not be crated and kept waiting.

>Please let us know if you wish to cancel your appointment. 'No shows' mean someone else misses out.

>Grooming appointments typically last around 2.5 hours.

>While we understand that you may need some time to get back to collect your dog please note that a grooming appointment does NOT include daycare. 

>If your dog is not groomed regularly this will be reflected in the cost. Regular grooming = lower prices.

>We aim to provide a totally different experience for your dog to a grooming parlour while offering the same professional results.

>Your dog will be in a friendly, reassuring home environment with a converted grooming area. This means that all the smells, sights and sounds are more familiar to him and will help him stay at ease.

>Our pace is dictated by your dog, if he is unhappy or seems stressed we will give him a break, take him out in our garden and let him play with our resident pups. For this reason we are particularly happy to welcome pups for their first grooms.

>We ask that all dogs are well exercised and have been to the toilet before their appointment.

>We will always discuss your requirements before we start grooming and if in doubt err on the side of caution. (Having experienced our fair share of bad haircuts we know that more can always be taken off but not added back on!)

>If your dog gets distressed/aggressive when being groomed we recommend you speak to your vet about sedation.

What is included in your dog's groom?

All pups will receive the following during their groom:

• Ear cleaning, plucking and trimming (where necessary)
• Teeth descaling*
• Anal glands expressed (where necessary)
• Nail clip, paw trim and pad balm (where necessary)
• Bath with coat specific products (whitening, detangling, conditioning etc.)
• Blueberry spa facial scrub**
• Clipping and styling to owner's specifications<
• Fluff and blow dry

*Descaling may not be possible where there are large amounts of tartar

**Our Blueberry and Vanilla facial treatment is a deep cleansing and naturally exfoliating treatment which helps fight unpleasant stains and smells. Specially formulated for the delicate face area this product helps remove staining, leaves fur soft and bouncy, and best of all smells divine!
